We begin by listening to your needs and exploring your brand. Then we collaborate with you to create and refine a design that captures your vision and appeals to your customers. If you already have an architect, we can work with them to build out your project.

Planning & Permitting

Rest easy while OPaL Contracting coordinates all the permits and logistics for your project. We have extensive experience working with local boards and keeping projects moving forward.

Budgeting & Bidding

While many builders rely on change orders to increase costs after the initial estimate, we take extra care to work closely with contractors to provide a detailed budget up front to minimize surprises. We know all eyes are on you to deliver a successful project. We don’t want to let you down.

Construction & Communication

You’ll be making a lot of decisions once construction begins, so we will be in regular contact with you to decide finishes, discuss features, and ensure all your needs—and all our solutions—are understood. We value transparency and honest communication.
